Meet The Founder
Hello,
My name is Flamur Dakaj, and I am a certified Surgical First Assistant through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). I am also the founder and CEO of Executive Surgical Staffing, Inc., a company dedicated to providing high-quality, contract-based surgical staffing services. Our mission is rooted in my decade-long experience in the operating room.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of hospitals and surgery centers, collaborating with exceptional teams on life-saving procedures. These experiences have shaped my unwavering commitment to excellence in surgical care.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve been passionate about education and mentorship. Until recently, I taught Surgical Technicians and Surgical First Assistants at Macomb Community College, preparing the next generation of surgical professionals with the skills and knowledge essential for high-quality patient care.
