My name is Flamur Dakaj. I am a Surgical First Assistant certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), and I am the founder and CEO of Executive Surgical Staffing, Inc. Our company specializes in providing contract-based surgical staffing services, a mission driven by my decade-long journey in the medical field as a Surgical First Assistant.
In my role, I have had the privilege of working across various hospitals and surgery centers, collaborating with esteemed colleagues to contribute to life-saving procedures. My affiliations with numerous surgery centers reflect my unwavering commitment to excellence in surgical care.
Beyond the operating room, I am dedicated to the education and mentorship of future healthcare professionals.
